The questions that arrive before the order does.

Direct answers for the shopper, the stockist, and everyone in between — written in the same voice as the shelf.

Two sections, sorted by audience. Retail first — the questions every first-time shopper asks before clicking checkout. Wholesale second — the questions every prospective partner asks before opening an account. Click a question to expand the answer.

Sizing, returns, materials, payment, shipping.

Sizing — what if I am between sizes?

When in doubt, size up. If you sit between two sizes on the measurement grid, the larger one is the safer call — leather gives, silicone compresses, and a too-tight fit is the only fit we cannot fix. Every product card carries the measurement grid front and center. We do not vanity-size.

Returns — what is your policy?

Unopened, non-wearable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Worn leather, worn latex, opened insertable toys, and any item that has been in contact with skin are final sale — hygiene first, on both sides. A prepaid return label is printed on request.

Materials & discretion — what am I actually getting?

Every product on the shelf is body-safe silicone, stainless steel, or full-grain leather — sourced from makers whose workshops we have visited and whose processes we have walked through. Nothing porous, nothing mystery-blend. Orders ship in plain, unbranded mailers with a generic descriptor on the customs form. The delivery driver knows.

Payment — what do you accept?

Stripe checkout. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store card data on the site — Stripe holds it, and the transaction surfaces on your statement as the descriptor listed at checkout.

Shipping & delivery — how fast, how far?

Orders ship within one business day from California. Domestic orders move USPS Priority — 2 to 5 days in transit. International orders ship via DHL — 5 to 10 days in transit, with duties paid by the recipient. Tracking arrives in your inbox the moment the label is scanned.

MOQ, lead times, terms, defects, exclusivity.

MOQ — what is the minimum order?

First order is six units per SKU across the edit. Reorder minimum is three units per SKU. Mix-and-match across categories is fine — the edit is small on purpose, and the shelf is meant to be carried in full.

Lead times — when does stock land?

Reorders ship within five business days. A first order including new-account setup runs ten to fourteen days — credit, terms, and shipping profile get built out during that window. Larger reorders are quoted per request and confirmed before invoicing.

Payment terms — how do wholesale accounts pay?

Net 30 with approved credit. Without an established credit line, payment is due at ship. Faire orders run through Faire’s standard cycle — we are listed on Faire for that reason. ACH and wire are accepted; checks are accepted on accounts in good standing.

Returns & defects — what happens if a unit is wrong?

Defective units are replaced on sight. For SKUs we manufacture outright, no return shipment is required — a photograph and the lot number confirm the issue. Retailer-branded reorders are credited on the next invoice. We stand behind what we ship.

Exclusivity & margins — are territories gated?

We do not gate retailers. No exclusive territories, no minimum revenue thresholds to remain a partner. Wholesale margin sits at roughly 2.2× retail, with volume breaks kicking in at twenty-four or more units per SKU per quarter — talk to us when you cross that line.
